- [I No Longer Disagree](https://www.havensholistichealing.com/i-no-longer-disagree-self-acceptance/): I used to be ashamed to be me. I thought I was unacceptable—considered “too much” by others. I was afraid to take up space. Afraid to be bold.
- [Knowing What You’re Fighting For](https://www.havensholistichealing.com/knowing-what-youre-fighting-for/): I don’t have to become cold to become strong. I don’t have to stop believing in people to establish boundaries. And I don’t have to destroy somebody else in order to choose myself, my peace, or the mission I’ve been given.
- [She Prayed for Me](https://www.havensholistichealing.com/she-prayed-for-me/): James 5:16 says, “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much.”
- [Where Memory Meets Miracle](https://www.havensholistichealing.com/where-memory-meets-miracles/): Not every miracle looks like a Red Sea splitting. Some of the greatest miracles happen quietly, unfolding slowly through healing, restoration, provision, or divine alignment.
- [What Heroin Could Never Take From Me](https://www.havensholistichealing.com/what-heroin-could-never-take-from-me/): Heroin stole my peace, my confidence, my career, and years I’ll never get back — but it never stole my God-given worth. Today I help others see that their diagnosis does not define their destiny.
- [The Smile They Didn’t Expect](https://www.havensholistichealing.com/the-smile-they-didnt-expect/): I didn’t change his diagnosis that day, but I did watch fear soften into laughter.
