Compassionate Support for Recovery
Support for substance use should be personal, private, and respectful. You will not be lectured here — you will be listened to.

People arrive at recovery care from many different places. Some are exploring change for the first time, while others are returning after a difficult period. Still others are stable and need steady, ongoing support.
We don’t fit you into a fixed program. Instead, we build care around your situation. Importantly, as your life changes, your plan changes too.
What support can look like
- MAT (medication-assisted treatment) services
- Certified peer support and recovery coaching
- Harm reduction and trauma-informed care
- Help with housing, re-entry, and community resources
Your recovery journey: A steady, flexible process
Step 1: A first conversation
We start by talking. During this visit, we learn about your health history, your goals, what’s worked before, and what hasn’t. We go at your pace.
Step 2: A plan that can flex
Recovery isn’t always a straight line. That’s why we meet regularly—so you have a consistent place to check in, adjust your plan, and talk honestly about setbacks without shame
Step 3: Support around your plan
With your permission, we coordinate care with therapists, doctors, pharmacies, and community resources. Ultimately, you don’t carry this alone.
Step 4: Virtual visits when it makes sense
For Indiana patients who qualify, some follow-up visits can happen online. This helps when travel, work, or childcare make in-person visits difficult.
